ENGLISH: GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE SALE VIA L'ORC
1. Object
These terms and conditions apply to all online reservations made at our facility using the Regional Marketing Tool (ORC).
The customer acknowledges to have read and accepted these general terms and conditions. No reservation is possible without the customer's consent. The customer has the option to save and print these general terms and conditions.
2. Offers
All our advertisements, web pages or offers are prepared in good faith and on the basis of the available data. Maps, photos and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual. They can be changed before the reservation is completed. The customer authorizes us to correct any obvious material errors in the information that we communicate to him.
3. Price
The prices displayed at the time of booking are the total price of the service sold, including taxes, fees and other charges. Any charges will be clearly indicated before booking the service. The customer authorizes us to correct obvious pricing errors.
4. Reservation
The customer chooses the services presented on the regional marketing tool. He acknowledges having read the nature, destination and booking methods of the services available on the booking tool and having requested and obtained the necessary and / or additional information to make his booking with full knowledge of the facts. The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability for his needs, so we cannot be held liable in this regard. The reservation is deemed to have been accepted by the customer at the end of the reservation process.
5. Booking process
Reservations made by the customer are made through the dematerialized reservation voucher available online on the reservation tool. The reservation is deemed to have been made upon receipt of the reservation form. The customer undertakes to fill in all data necessary for the reservation prior to each reservation. The customer confirms the veracity and accuracy of the information sent. Once the final choice of the services to be booked has been made, the booking procedure includes the following validation steps:
entering the credit card in the event of a guarantee or deposit request, consulting and accepting the general conditions of sale related to the service (s) service (s) and, finally, validation of the reservation by the customer.
6. Confirmation of receipt of the reservation
The reservation tool confirms receipt of the customer's reservation and confirms it by sending an email without delay. The confirmation of the reservation by email summarizes the contract offer, the reserved services, the prices, the conditions of sale related to the selected rate, accepted by the customer, the date of reservation and the address of the establishment. where the customer can submit his complaints.
7. Right of withdrawal
It is recalled that, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the customer does not have the right to withdraw in case of a reservation if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance:
• accommodation other than for residential purposes (eg holiday residence),
• transport,
• car rental,
• catering and services related to leisure activities.
8. Respect for private life
We collect your data in accordance with the General Regulations for the protection of personal data (2016/679) ("RGDP").
The personal data you provide to us are necessary for the processing of your reservation and are essential for the management and service (Article 6.1.b of the aforementioned Regulations). For these purposes, your data may therefore be transferred to our partners, including in particular Elloha.com which operates the reservation tool, online payment providers, providers based in third countries. Particularly when paying online, the customer's bank details must be sent by the payment provider to the establishment's bank for the execution of the reservation contract. We only use partners who guarantee a level of protection in accordance with the principles set out in the RGDP.
With your consent, your data may also be used by us to send you our promotional or commercial offers by email or post.
We keep your data for a period of 3 years after the last contact (e-mail, reservation, etc.).
In terms of the quality of the person whose data is collected, you have the right to access, rectify, delete your data and to object to the collection of your data. This one rights can be exercised by sending us an email stating your surname, first name and address and the subject of your correspondence.
Your complaints regarding the collection and processing of your personal data can be directed to the competent supervisory authority.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation must be made by the guest via telephone or e-mail.
• If cancelled more than 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled 30 days or less before date of arrival, 30% of the booking cost will be charged.
• If cancelled 14 days or less before date of arrival, 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
• If cancelled on the day of arrival or a "no-show": the full amount of the stay will be charged.
• Reservation costs made for a preferred pitch are never refundable.

If a booking cannot be made because of the measures concerning covid-19, the booking can be rescheduled free of charge.

No Show
If you do not show up, this is considered a no-show. This applies if the booker has not arrived before 20.00 hours on the determined day, unless agreed otherwise by mail or phone. The no-show or any earlier departure from the location and/or from the accommodation is subject to 100% payment of the booking fee. If the client does not show up at Domaine du Bocq, without being informed of any delays, Domaine du Bocq reserves the right to reallocate the camping pitch or accommodation on the following day of arrival from 2pm onwards.


10. Liability
10.1 The Contractor's legal liability for damage other than personal injury and death is limited per event to a maximum of the Contractor's policy. The entrepreneur is obliged to take out insurance for this.
10.2 The contractor is not liable for any accident, theft or damage to his site, except in the case of fault attributable to the contractor.
10.3 The Contractor is not responsible for the consequences of extreme weather conditions or other forms of force majeure.
10.4 The entrepreneur is responsible for disruptions in his part of the public service, unless he can rely on a case of force majeure or if these disruptions are related to the management of the holidaymaker's collection point.
11. Complaints
Any complaint about the quality of the services of Domaine du Bocq must be submitted and recorded on the day of the service by the person responsible on site or the administrator of your file. Complaints sent afterwards are considered unverifiable and do not give right to any price reduction, refund or commercial gesture.
12. Competent courts and applicable law
In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the districts of Dinant or Marche-en-Famenne have jurisdiction. Only Belgian law applies.
