General Questions
You can! In low season it is possible on weekends and in high season every day. You can place the order at the eatery before 5 p.m.! The next day you can pick it up from 8 am.
Check-in is possible as of 2:00 p.m.

Reservation and payment
Cancellations or changes can only be made by e-mail. Our cancellation policy can be found in the general terms and conditions of the campsite.
You can add a dog to the booking directly online. You can also do this at check-in. Please note that a dog is only welcome if it is on a leash.
We don't promise this, but you can always leave a request during the booking. We will look into the system to see what is possible.
If you come camping with 1 person in 1 small tent, you can take advantage of a special rate, you get a discount of €11.50 per night. This is only possible on field Bois and only in the low season.
No, unfortunately this is not possible. You have to make a new booking for each camping unit and pay for each booking after the confirmation email.
Booking is best done via the website. If you still have problems making a reservation, please contact us by e-mail (info@domainedubocq.be) or phone (+32 82 61 22 69).
Your booking is not final until you have paid everything in advance.
If you come as a group to camp on one of the fields there is a special rate of €15 per person per night, including 1 vehicle per person. This does need to be booked in advance by mail.
Practical Questions
Electricity can be booked directly online. It is also possible to do this on site at check-in.
All pitches are equipped with the possibility of electricity (10 amps). PLEASE NOTE, you may need an extension cord.

Read the description of the activities for additional information. At check-in, you can then ask what activities will be done during your stay. Then you can also register yourself directly.
From 10 paying persons and up every activity is possible, we would like to know this in advance. For this we would like to refer you to www.avonturenplanner.nl .
There are two sanitary buildings on our campsite, in both buildings you can use toilet, shower, sink and dishwashing area. In sanitary building A you will also find a washing machine and dryer. In sanitary building B you will find a disabled area with shower and toilet, and a baby area. The showers and hot water are free of charge.
Yes, there is 1 charging station available on campsite. If you want to make use of this you can indicate this at the reception.
It is permitted to light fires in a closed fire bowl that is off the ground. These fire bowls can be rented at the reception. Lighting a fire in a fire basket is prohibited, as is lighting a fire directly on the grass. It is also forbidden to gather wood and then light it, you can buy wood at the reception.
On a camping pitch, a maximum of 6 people are allowed to camp in one camping unit.
ATTENTION: With a camper or caravan you can only pitch on numbered pitches. With a tent you can pitch on either a numbered site or a field.
One means of transportation per booking is included in the price. All additional means of transportation will be charged extra, the cost is €4.50 per means of transportation, per night.
The tent you have booked stands on a platform. You can put your own air mattress or sleeping mat on it. You can also bring a camp bed or rent one at the reception. There are two folding benches and one folding table at each tent.
You need a special (camping) adapter plug for using electricity. An adaptor is for sale at the reception. A 'normal' plug you can only use in the sanitary building. There is 10 amps available per plug.
