Waking up the birds
De camping ligt midden in het groen, naast de rivier 'du Bocq' dus het is er heerlijk rustig. Je kijkt vanuit je tent of caravan uit op het water, de bomen of de hoge heuvels van de Ardennen. Vroeg in de ochtend word je wakker van de zon die langzaam opkomt of de vogels die fluiten. Of misschien wel van je buren op de camping maar dan heb je wel lekker veel aan je dag. Tijd om je bestelde fresh bread to be picked up at the reception desk.
Time for action
If you like some action and are sporty we have plenty to offer. Every weekend and in the summer vacations every day, we offer activities aan. Je kunt aan alle activiteiten meedoen of per dag kijken waar je zin in hebt. Je reserveert een plekje voor de activiteit bij een van onze collega's en de volgende dag kun je mee in actie komen! Ga je met steps de heuvel af, ga je de camping challenge aan tussen de bomen of ga je voor het echte werk: abseiling en klimmen in de Ardense heuvels. Ga je liever zelf op avontuur om de omgeving te verkennen dan kun je een mountainbike huren of met een gps op wandeltocht.
Refreshing with a beer
After all the hard work it's time to relax. Settle down on our terrace for an ice cold Belgian beer, which you can also do in front of your tent of course. Our restaurant and terrace have a simple but tasty menu. Brasserie dishes, fries, pasta or pizza. Also for a good coupe ice cream or a snack you can join. After a snack or lunch you are ready to discover new things for the rest of the day.
Explore the surroundings
Vacations are also about relaxing so you can choose to spend the rest of the afternoon doing nothing at all. Sit in front of your tent with a book, paddle in the river or play a game of ping-pong on the campsite. If you want to see more of the beautiful surroundings we can certainly recommend that. A nice hike through the green or discover the nearby Dinant for example. We have plenty of tips so come and hear them.
The last evening sun
Na een dag hard werken of ontspannen is het tijd om aan tafel te gaan. Of je nu kiest voor de luxe van aanschuiven op het terras of liever zelf 'in de keuken' staat. Tijd om in het laatste avondzonnetje lekker te gaan eten. Een bbq bij je tent, groente roosteren boven het kampvuur of een simpele campingmaaltijd, het kan allemaal.
Especially on warm days the evening brings the necessary cooling and on colder days we just light a fire. In the fire pit in front of your tent or together over the big campfire roasting marshmallows. In the evening, challenge each other to a game of badminton or relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the peace and quiet. Soak up the last rays of sun and enjoy your wonderful day of vacation. Tomorrow is another morning to wake up to the birds and be surprised.
